Langkawi Trip - Part Six (Day 3-13th July)

....Cont (13th July)


Had our breakfast at Breakfast Bar. Both food and price were fair. I like the nasi lemak most,tasty and cheap-RM1. Well, the environment is quite good too. It is like a Beach Style Mamak Stall. I like the decorations especially,unfortunately did not snap any photoes of the Coconut Heads hanging on the pillars (well, some look scary). Before the bar entrance, there is a pillar full of plates with "Good Morning" in different countries language.



Right after the breakfast, we drove to a place nearby Awana Hotel for our Island Hoping.

Our 1st Destination Dayang Bunting - The Lake of Pregnant Lady.

The shape of the Island looks like a Pregnant Lady with head, breast and her abdomen. In the middle of the Island, is a big lake appx.200M diameter. There are some activities on the lake, fish feeding, fish foot massage, Swimming, and Paddling.

Me, Eli (Pair A), Heng, Yee Lin (Pair B), CK and Agnes (Pair C)went for paddling while the rest enjoying their time swimming in the lake.


Pair A, Me and Eli..we did not swim but got very wet as we were splashing water to each other with the 2 pairs...haha..as you can see a slipper on my right hand, we were trying to boost our speed to catch up CK pair as they paddled very fast..or,we were just too heavy..(Me+Eli,120KG)

Pair B, Heng and Yee Lin. Very wet because they paddled quite slow..haha,too heavy i think..and the boat was inclined to Heng side. Heng is a big boy though..



Finally, caught them when we were closing to the dock. thier weight =appx 110kg

After Dayang Bunting, we went for Eagle Feeding. Agnes took few video clips but the size are too big to put it here. Lots of eagles though. Hovering in circle on the sky and searching for the floating chicken skin thrown by the visitors. Thier eyes were sharp, never miss thier target although they were gliding fast to the water surface without stop.

Well,i had forgotten the name of our last destination..It is an island with beach and clear sea water (the Island is included in most of the Island Hoping Package). Nothing much to do there..i would say..no attraction at all..However, our gang never let our life dull for more than a sec =) some of us went for a swam. Well, CK learned how to swim here. Coached by Heng and AhTanTuya. Some stay on the beach..playing with sand..

Got burried by Agnes and SC. Well, the "Stick" and "Brxxst" were Agnes's Ideas.=.="

Before we left the island, i did somthing so sorry..i intended to clean myself with the water from a well. The well is about 25 meter deep and to get the water out from the well, one will has to use the pail tied with a rope. YEAH, I know how to do this because my grandpa taught me before..hee hee,lets try.."BLOOM"..erm..i accidentally threw both the pail and rope into the well...
erm,pretend nothing happen la..back to the boat la..and that ended our Island Hoping (around 1pm).

Spent some time in Petronaas Learning Centre after lunch. A physics learning centre with some physics related games.

After Heng got back, we headed to the Langkawi Cable Car.

Well, the most attractive and adventurous part of the Cable Car,


THE SUSPENSION BRIDGE..


The bridge connects the tops of two mount and it is only held by few cables which connected to ONLY 1 supporting pillar..SWT...=.="
(someone told me that before entering the bridge, u can make a wish..hee..)

Well, the bridge was swinging when the wind blow...and it was so so scary..can see from Eli's and mine expression here...



Left the cable car about 7pm. Headed to Pekan Kuah for dinner. Food and price were fair. After the dinner, we went to the town commercial area for some choc and alcohol hunting. Well, there were diffrences in the price from outlet to outlet..so for those who are going there for the same purpose like ours, do remember to compare the price. i would recommend Ze_o for choc and alcohol. Bought myself some miniatures..

Back to MaliBest. I drove this time..phew..=.=" the roads were dark with curves to care with and slopes to climb..to be honest, felt a huge release when we reached Malibest safely..hehe..



Start our card game again..This time I introduced them a game which i called it "Call the Name". This is how the game played :


1. 2-4 person
2. each person will have to name themselevs with some names.For instance, Fast food brand - KFC, MC Donald, Marry Brown and Pizza Hut.
3. Place a card in front of each player with face down.
4. The player will turn thier cards at the same time.
5. Players with the same suit (club to club, heart to heart..) will have to call the other player's(with the same suit) name before the player does. For example,
Player A = KFC = Club
Player B = MC D = Heart
Player C = Marry Brown =Club
Player D = Pizza Hut = Diamond
(so, if A called C's name,"Marry Brown" before C call KFC, then C will has to claim all A's cards as his.
6. The one who has most of the cards at the end of the game will be the loser.

CK lost often..his face will turn red whenever he is excited...well,he lost so often because 200ml 5% bir is already enough to dull him..haha..

It was a very good game. We enjoy it so so much. Especially Heng, laughed till his tear came out...walau..well,he was a little bit high and blur liao..haha..and we learned something new..
1. Lufthansa - a German Airway (this one CK will remember till his next life, and this was the one made Heng laughed till fell from the bed and tears..=.=")
2. Papua New Guinea - A country in Ocenia (use this name as it will give you some advantages over your opponents.)

We ended the game some time around 2am. but still can heard Heng laughing from his room..hahaha =)
